Tribute to my old best friend

An old friendship was rekindled today.
My old buddy "Bill" just happened by the office. Turns out he is doing all-right for himself.

I am happy for Bill. He stood up for me once when a group of teenagers on their bikes tried to scare me. He proved his good friendship that day as he scooped me up in his big arms and carried me for a 15 yd safety into the driveway. I might have been emotionally damaged if not for Bill that day.

Thanks good buddy. I owe you one.

p.s. Thanks for signed mini helmet magnet. It looks great on my 'refrigerator'. ;)

Glad to hear he's doing well. Were I in his intimidating presence, I wouldn't dare voice my dislike for the word he calls his shortened nickname.

He really is the 'coolest'. A real 'chilled out' kinda guy. It was always really convient to be around good ole Willy-P. If I was thirsty, I would just say, "Yo, Fridge, I need a Dr. Pepper and some pickle relish to accomadate my Hot Dog." He would then nodd, release his arms from their folded position across his chest, while slightly widening his stance. Following this redistribution of weight, he pulled the little lever located on his hip and let his torso swing wide open. It was so funny to see the cold air clash with the room temperature air and make that little cloud of condensation. He always grinned real big when he did that. A neat guy that Fridge. Always so willing to please.

I guess we're all a little lucky he didn't spike you in the driveway that day. Seriously though, we need to consider booking "the Fridge" for our next event.
